APAC Head of Regional IT Management, Banking

Description

One of the leading Banks within the region is seeking a seasoned Head of IT Management to provide strategic and operational oversight over the technology teams in the region, as it embarks on a high-profile multi-year transformation program. The Bank prides itself on a strong balance sheet and deeply entrenched relationships with its clients within the APAC region.

Responsibilities

Reporting into the APAC Chief Technology Officer, you will oversee IT operations across Asia, ensuring resilient and secure infrastructure aligned with the bank's regional transformation strategy. You will be responsible for implementing robust IT governance frameworks, managing risk and compliance across jurisdictions, and fostering seamless coordination between internal teams and regional teams as well as the local regulators.

Requirements

You are a seasoned IT leader within Banking and Financial Services, with a proven track record to navigate and manage complexities associated with regional banking environments. Given the breadth of the work, prior technology consulting experience is preferred. You are a strong communicator, with the ability to manage stakeholders across countries and departments.
