About Us

Formative Search is a dynamic boutique search firm based in Singapore, and a leader in Asia Pacific's Energy Transition sector, connecting top talent with leading employers in Asia Pacific region. We’re looking for a creative and organized digital marketer (intern / freelance) to elevate our brand, engage our audience, and support our recruitment efforts through strategic digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver a monthly newsletter to candidates and clients
  • Manage SEO / SEM, email marketing, and paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for lead generation
  • Collaborate with our consultants to align marketing with recruitment goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Internship / freelance opportunity
  • Entry level or 1-2 years experiences in digital marketing (recruitment or B2B experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and familiar with CRM / ATS platforms
  • Creative thinker with excellent copywriting skills
  • Analytical mindset with knowledge in using tools like Google Analytics etc.
