External Job Title Sales Manager Vacancy 1 Gender NA Responsibilities You will be responsible for the following tasks to expand our business globally, the both Japanese market and English-speaking market such as Europe, U.S., and Singapore, etc.

• Developing and executing sales strategies.
• Planning and implementing measures, analyzing results, carrying out improvement activities, and establishing the comprehensive cycle.
• Managing and reporting the numerical data and the progress of the various activities.
• Generating and nurturing leads, mainly online.
• Interviewing, proposing, and closing leads.
• Follow-up with clients
• Supporting skill development for team members. Required Skills and Experiences Must have :
• Sales experience over 5 years.
• Sales experience in IT industry.
• Experience in managing an organization.
• Japanese (Proficient level) and working experience in Japanese.
• English (Intermediate level or more) and working experience in English.
• Ability to move forward with persistence, and try & error until success is achieved.
• Positive attitude and ability to move forward to achieve success against difficulties.
