Total Rewards Lead, Commodities Trading

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is an exciting newly created role where you lead the design, implementation andernance of the firm'spensation & Benefits programs, HR Analytics, as well as have oversight on Payroll. You will lead the review and calibration ofpensation structures, benchmarking and calibration exercises to ensurepetitiveness for attraction and retention of talent. You will identify, develop and implement strategicpensation programs which are market relevant to support thepany's growth agenda as well as amunications strategy forpensation, benefits and performance philosophy.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in leading Rewards / pensation and Benefits, with exposure to the energy ormodities trading sectors, including front office reward dynamics on trading environments. You have experience managing global or regional rewards programs with strong knowledge of the regulatory environments in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region, and ideally UK and US. You are highly numerate and analytical, with experience building financial models related topensation and incentives. You aremercial, hands on, with strong analytical, senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
