Job Purpose
The candidate will be required to lead the mechanical design and systems engineering related activities for Liquid Cooled Fuel Cell System. He will be tasked to integrate complete systems and his key responsibilities include concept designs, full engineering calculations and analysis, prototyping and productization activities. He may also be tasked to lead and train junior engineers.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible to plan and execute projects for hydrogen fuel cell related projects.
- Design & develop mechanical, structural and hydraulic systems.
- Responsible for safety and legal compliance of projects. Conduct FMEA and Risk Assessment for projects.
- Responsible for technical related aspects, especially mechanical and hydraulics department, for projects.
- Provide technical solutions to business / commercial teams.
- Lead and train team of junior engineers.
- Preparation of Bill of Material, engineering drawings, work instructions and other technical documents.
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics or equivalent)Minimum 5 years of design, automations or systems engineering experienceExperience in entire product development lifecycle is highly advantageousFamiliar in safety related standards, or any EHS / OSHA guidances / standards, or experienced in Risk AssessmentExperienced in 3D modelling softwares such as Solidworks, AutoCAD, AutoDesk or CATIAExperienced in preparation of engineering drawingsKnowledge or experience in hydraulics, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), electrical engineering or power electronics, and control software logics will be advantageousA high level of proficiency in the English language is required.
