Job description

This position requires the applicant to be responsible for engineering and technical aspects within every project.

Job Scope : Execute and revise project work plans to cater to changing needs and requirements Supervise works to ensure timely completion and adhere to various standards.

Liaise with clients and managers in preparation for site work and plan schedules Keep the Manager well informed of status of project and coordinate communications between various departments while conducting measurements and inspections.

Prepare and submit project documents Attend site and office meetings and prepare progress reports to study project and design basis such as scope of work, overall project schedule,basic design data,client specification, client standard drawings and existing drawings.

To assist in preparing schedule, manpower requirements,manhour distribution and execution plan based on the scope of work and approve budget for manhours and schedule.

To prepare Mechanical information list, layout and document list following standard procedure created for the project.

To carry out our material ordering for components and coordinate with suppliers and sub contractors.

To attend meetings and perform coordination with main-contractor and sub-contractors. To make monthly and weekly schedule, refer to the master schedule.
