Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Healthcare Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in avatar-based content operations and a strong grasp of medical digital marketing strategies targeting the audience.
In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of avatar-led marketing campaigns, drive online patient acquisition, and build sustainable engagement through private domain traffic. You must be well-versed in the regulations and nuances of healthcare marketing, capable of turning medical services into high-converting digital narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote clinic services, including general consultation, physiotherapy, wellness, and specialty treatments;
- Operate avatars to produce high-quality, platform-native healthcare content across Rednote, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.;
- Translate medical expertise and doctor services into accessible, engaging digital content while maintaining compliance with local regulations;
- Lead cross-platform patient acquisition campaigns, focusing on lead generation, consultation bookings, and retention through CRM / Whatsapp groups;
- Build and manage private domain operations to nurture long-term patient relationships and drive repeat visits;
- Collaborate with doctors, designers, and data analysts to align medical credibility with marketing creativity;
- Monitor campaign KPIs such as consultation conversion rate, avatar content engagement, user growth, and cost per acquisition.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within the healthcare or wellness sector, or avatar content operations focused on medical services;Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken);Familiarity with healthcare consumer behavior, and platform policies around health-related content ;Strong ability to manage avatars or digital personas in delivering professional healthcare messaging;Excellent content planning, campaign management, and ROI analysis capabilities;Deep understanding of medical compliance, privacy, and advertising restrictions.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with avatars for health consultation, wellness coaching, or medical content delivery;Knowledge of patient funnel design, CRM systems and automation workflows;Familiarity with AIGC tools and healthcare CRM analytics platforms;Proficiency in video editing tools to support short-form medical content creation.Why Join Us?
