Manage construction planning and scheduling, develop baseline programs, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Ensure alignment between project schedules, resources, and budgets
Identify project risks, delays, and opportunities for optimization, and propose corrective actions.
Collaborate with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders on project-related matters, offering both technical and non-technical solutions to ensure timely project completion
Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s)
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Certificates must be recognized by PE Board).
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in construction planning and project coordination
Highly experienced and proficient in the use of Primavera P6 for projects planning
Independent, resulted-oriented and self-driven team player
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
