Provide administrative support across a range of HR functions including employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, confirmation, resignation, etc.), records maintenance, and HR system updates.
Coordinate and maintain employee files and ensure HR documents are properly archived and up to date.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and communications in compliance with company standards and local legislation.
Handle staff inquiries on HR matters and provide support on day-to-day HR operations.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers for temporary manpower supply, insurance, training, and employee benefits.
Organize and support internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
Take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and community outreach programs.
Support employer branding initiatives, including social media and internal communications related to CSR and company culture.
Assist in coordinating company events and wellness activities to support employee well-being and foster a positive workplace environment.
Provide support in collating HR-related data and generating reports for audits, surveys, and management use.
Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
At least 2-4 years of experience in HR administration.
Proficiency in HR systems such as TimeSoft and SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
Familiar with HR processes, documentation, and employment legislation in Singapore.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with staff across all levels.
Proactive, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
