Lead a team in planning and implementing strategies to engage member organisations and partners in the ecosystem to plan, develop and harness the capabilities and capacity of the social service agencies in meeting current and unmet / emerging needs in the sector.

Job Description

Lead the team in delivering these strategies :

1. Reach out intentionally to more social service agencies (SSAs) and be the voice of member organisations by :

• Onboarding and offboarding of member organisations to ensure sector remains relevant and dynamic
• Profiling and analysing members feedback to influence policy, programme and resources to the social service sector
• Guiding the review of NCSS Act and Regulations, membership policies and processes to ensure relevance

2. Provide benefits that can optimise member organisations’ resources and increase NCSS’ value by :

Skills Required :

Experience & Special Certification(s) :

7 to 10 years’ work experience, preferably in a Social Service Sector or Management positions
