Project management involving scheduling, work coordination and managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Ensure project execution complies with Contract requirements
Manage resources to ensure the project is on track
Lead team of engineering personnel and define their scope of work
Ensure work is complying with safety, health, environment requirement
Coordinate with Sub-Contractors and Suppliers
Liaise with Client and User
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management or your Superior including any related matters not mentioned above
Requirements :
Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent degree recognized by PE Board
Minimum 5 of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably experience in HDB BTO and private residential, government, commercial and building D & B projects etc
