The Role
The role entails managing reception duties, providing support for office management, coordinating with external vendors, handling office administration and procurement tasks, overseeing facilities management, offering HR support particularly in people culture management, and assisting in the organization of company events.
Your Profile
You should possess at least a Diploma in any fields, with some relevant experience in handling office administrative duties. You are expected to have good communication skills with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with clients. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
