Working Hrs : 42hrs / week
Responsibilities :
1. IT Support Specialist : Provide on-site technical support for EUCD and Server / Network hardware / software issues.
2. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues : Identify and fix technical problems with EUCD and Server / Network systems.
3. On-site Support : Provide technical assistance and support on-site, as requested.
4. Hardware / Software Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of EUCD and Server / Network systems.
5. Ensure System Uptime : Minimize downtime and ensure systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
6. Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work with MP and other stakeholders to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Education :
1. Diploma or Degree : In Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Technical Skills :
1. IT Support Experience : Minimum 2 years experience in providing technical support for hardware / software issues.
2. EUCD Knowledge : Familiarity with end-user computing devices (e.g., laptops, desktops).
3. Server / Network Knowledge : Understanding of server and network systems.
4. Troubleshooting Skills : Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
