Description
Are you passionate about Japanese culture, anime, and travel? EU Holidays is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Tour Apprentices for our Japan programs.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the travel industry, assist in leading culturally immersive tours in Japan, and explore its cities — all while receiving training and mentorship. While the role starts with a focus on Japan tours, apprentices will also support sales for other exciting travel destinations. No prior experience is required!
Responsibilities
- The role has KPIs, sales targets, and requires shift work and willing to work on weekends & public holidays
- Support experienced tour leaders during travel programs in Japan
- Learn itinerary planning, customer service, and on-ground operations
- Engage tour participants and share cultural insights about Japan
- Contribute to content creation and storytelling for social media platforms
- Participate in wellness, cultural, and local food exploration activities as part of the tour experience
- Support sales efforts by promoting upcoming tours, including Japan and other international destinations, and assisting with customer enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
