This is an unique opportunity for an experienced personnel to execute their skills in a newly setup Singapore corporate secretarial and accountancy office. You will lead our team to work closely to align processes and ensure smooth financial and corporate secretarial reportings to local authorities IRAS / ACRA. Responsibilities
Assist clients with company incorporation, including name reservation, document preparation, and ACRA submissions.
Ensure timely filing of annual returns, financial statements (XBRL), and compliance with the Singapore Companies Act.
Maintain statutory registers (Directors, Members, Secretaries) and organize board / shareholder meetings.
Handle director / shareholder appointments / resignations and update ACRA records.
Prepare full sets of accounts, financial statements (XBRL), and manage company accounts.
Reconcile discrepancies, maintain accounting controls, and ensure data confidentiality.
Prepare and file tax returns (e.g., GST, Corporate Tax).
Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory requirements across Singapore and regional jurisdictions.
Provide financial reporting, tax advisory, and corporate compliance support.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and guide clients / team members.
Manage multiple client portfolios independently while mentoring junior staff.
