Responsibilities
- Work in a team setting on advisory assignments and ensuring its completion within a stipulated timeline
- Support and manage project administrative activities (risk management, drafting of engagement letters, billing etc)
- Support and participate in proposal, marketing, research and business development activities, which includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with client contacts
- Manage and liaise with colleagues from different lines of service within PwC Myanmar, PwC Singapore and our PwC global network of firms
- Coach, guide and motivate junior team members by engaging effectively and providing feedback through regular communication and timely appraisal
Successful candidates can expect to :
be actively involved in valuation and other transaction advisory assignments in Myanmar and Singaporegain technical skills and exposure in a wide range of valuation and other transaction advisory assignmentsreceive requisite training and coaching from the Myanmar team and the Singapore teamRequirements
Recognized Degree in any discipline and / or relevant Post Graduate / Professional Qualification in Accounting, Economics and FinanceACCA, CA or CFA qualification is an added advantageDemonstrate strong accounting for finance knowledge with a keen interest in valuationsPossess 5 to 8 years of working experience in a client-facing role. Relevant experience in M&A and valuations is an added advantageHighly proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communications : Able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles (e.g. report-writing)Strong communication and inter-personal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleaguesStrong business acumen with keen interest in businesses and how policies, trends, practices, information affects businesses and organizationsSelf-starters, meticulous and highly motivated to work on tight deadlines and work hours if necessaryGood team player and able to work individually or in a team-setting under tight deadlinesOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified due to the high number of applicants for this role.Tell employers what skills you have
