We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow our HoReCa and on-premise accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the wine and spirits industry and a passion for building relationships within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, bars, and cafes.
Drive sales and increase market share of our portfolio within assigned territory.
Execute brand and promotional strategies to maximize visibility and sell-through.
Identify new business opportunities and onboard new accounts.
Provide product training and support to on-premise partners and staff.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams on logistics, marketing, and events.
Job Requirements :
Proven sales experience, preferably in the wine, spirits, or beverage industry.
Strong network in the HoReCa or on-premise space is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of wine and spirits products; WSET or equivalent certification is a plus.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
