As part of our international growth, we seek a passionate and results-driven sales / business development executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage and consult prospective students on MAGES' diploma and short course offerings, especially
in Tech and Creative areas
Drive enrolments by achieving monthly sales targetsFollow up with leads from social media, events, and referralsGuide students through the onboarding process with care and professionalismSupport and represent MAGES at education fairs, school visits, and weekend eventsAssist in outreach to Mandarin-speaking markets (preferred)Collaborate closely with the team to grow both local and overseas student pipelinesProvide regular feedback on student interest, market trends, and lead performanceRequirements
Prior experience in sales, student recruitment, or business development is preferred.Familiarity with Private Education Regulations (CPE / PEI / EduTrust) is a plusSales-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation and integrityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA genuine desire to support students in achieving their goalsWillingness to travel for roadshows, events, or overseas missionsProficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (for Chinese market outreach)What We Offer
