Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule to balance production flow and inventory targets.
- Conduct load and capacity analyses for production cells and RFQ parts, recommending solutions and capital needs.
- Coordinate material planning and outsourcing activities to support production schedules and mitigate supply shortages.
- Lead weekly production review meetings covering forecasts, order fulfilment, and cost of quality issues.
- Drive process improvements and cost reduction initiatives through Lean and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements :
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.At least 5 years of experience in production and materials planning within Aerospace Manufacturing.Proficient with MRP / Syteline systems, advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, formulas).Strong analytical abilities with experience in load / capacity analysis and effective issue resolution.If you are keen to apply for the position, kindly email your detailed resume in MS Word to hr@recruit-expert.com
