Job description
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Understanding client's needs, meeting clients, provide consultation and market the company's services.
- Identifying opportunities, develop and build new business marketing channels, clients and market.
- Continuously identifying, develop and explore new business opportunities with all clients to achieve new business and continuous growth.
- Promote and market company's services to various channels.
- Experienced in doing traditional and e-marketing to grow new businesses.
- Assist the administrative team in managing correspondences and record keeping.
- Scheduling and calendar management : This includes setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with other team members.
- Providing administrative support : This includes tasks such as photocopying, faxing, printing, and scanning documents.
- Data entry and database management : This includes entering and maintaining data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
- Reception duties : This includes greeting visitors, answering questions, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Requirements and Qualifications :
Diploma / Degree in business or any relevant field.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in both written and spoken English & Mandarin so as to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients.Be pro-active, driven and have a strong sense of responsibility to complete all tasks and duties assigned.Possess at least 2 years of sales, marketing and business development experience.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.Tell employers what skills you have
