As a Sales Coordinator we rely on you to :
Key Responsibilities :
- Produces required reports for the management of goal setting, incentive plans, budget and audits.
- Responsible for the production of all reports ensuring that, where possible, these are fully automated or require minimal manual intervention.
- Assist with the preparation of all training for the department.
- Assist with the collection and reporting of market and competitive data as necessary.
- Assist with the implementation of standard operating procedures and associated training to improve automation and process efficiencies.
- Works closely with the Shangri-La Singapore sales teams in order to assist with the achievement of overall sales targets for the hotels.
Requirements :
Prior experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
