Job description
Take charge of HR administrative tasks such as work pass applications, monthly payroll & posting, verify OT, leave, medical claims, etc
Submit government claims (e.g. training grants, levy waivers, internship grants), insurance reports and claims
Maintain proper employee records.
Arrange and coordinate training and staff engagement activities.
Perform accounting tasks - Process AP invoices for payments, AR & intercompany billings, inventory and journal adjustments
Liaise with suppliers on invoice and payment issues.
Prepare GST reconciliations and reporting.
Support audits, stock-taking, and other administrative tasks.
Job Requirements :
Min LCCI Higher or Diploma in Accountancy with HR experience
Applicant must be willing to work in Tuas.
Knowledge in SAP and Infotech HRMS is an added advantage.
Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese colleagues.
Job Highlights :
Five days work week (Monday to Friday)
Regular working hour (8.45am - 6.00pm)
