As part of their strategic expansion, we are conducting an executive search to identify three senior management professionals to join their leadership team and drive key functions critical to their continued growth and market leadership. Below are the three roles we are hiring for :
Head of Technical
Responsibility :
Lead end-to-end technical execution from wafer fabrication to system-level integration for high-speed VCSEL modules used in data communication.
Align cross-functional engineering efforts across process, packaging, and test teams to meet stringent data center performance and reliability requirements.
Drive resolution of technical challenges related to signal integrity, thermal management, and yield optimization in high-volume manufacturing.
Act as primary technical interface with data communication customers, foundries, and suppliers to ensure product compliance and roadmap alignment.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and certifications relevant to data communication systems.
Head of Design
Responsibility :
Lead the design and development of high-speed VCSEL driver ICs and analog / mixed-signal ASICs tailored for data communication applications.
Oversee IC architecture, simulation, layout, and tape-out activities targeting low power, high bandwidth, and signal integrity.
Manage and grow the design team to deliver robust, scalable designs that integrate seamlessly with optical modules.
Coordinate with verification and validation teams to ensure compliance with data communication protocols and performance benchmarks.
Collaborate with foundries and EDA vendors to optimize process and design flows for data communication VCSEL products.
Head of R&D
Responsibility :
Define and lead the VCSEL technology roadmap focused on advancing high-speed, low-power laser sources for data communication networks.
Drive innovation in laser structure optimization, thermal management, and photonic integration to meet evolving data center demands.
Manage prototype development, performance characterization, and IP creation specific to data communication VCSEL devices.
Collaborate with research institutions and internal teams to accelerate development of next-gen data communication VCSEL technologies.
Translate R&D innovations into scalable, product-ready solutions aligned with global data communication standards.
