Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform hands-on security operations across application, cloud, infrastructure, and network domains.
  • Manage and maintain GRC, IT security audits, and risk & vulnerability management programs.
  • Operate and support Web Application Firewall (WAF) technologies such as Cloudflare and Azure.
  • Administer patch management and vulnerability remediation across Windows, Linux, and Red Hat servers.
  • Support and maintain Active Directory and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools such as CyberArk and BeyondTrust.
  • Handle network security operations including firewall configurations, routing, IDS / IPS, and XDR platforms.
  • Manage and monitor tools like Trellix DLP, Elastic SIEM, CyberArk PAM, and Checkpoint firewall systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with security standards and incident response.

Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge in WAF, cloud security, and network protocols.
  • Proven experience in Linux and Windows system administration.
  • Familiar with vulnerability patching processes and endpoint protection tools.
  • Good understanding of PAM technologies and directory services.
  • Experience with security monitoring and incident response tools (e.g., Elastic SIEM, XDR, Trellix).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are a plus.
