The Role

This is a high-impact leadership role that oversees the agency’s operations across two key markets : Indonesia and the Philippines . You’ll be working with local Senior Managers who already lead the day-to-day, but your mission is to bring a more strategic lens ( mapping senior client stakeholders, driving account growth, and ensuring the delivery of world-class digital branding campaigns.)

You’ll lead and guide teams across both markets, act as a senior agency figure for one of the region’s top mobile-first clients, and partner with regional leaders to push boundaries on strategy, execution, and innovation.

From new business pitches and stakeholder engagement to upskilling teams and designing scalable digital strategies, you’ll be at the helm of it all.

You’re a strategic thinker, a strong client partner, and an inspiring team leader. You thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments and enjoy connecting the dots between client needs and business growth.

Digitally savvy with a strong grasp of the digital branding landscape (performance marketing knowledge a plus)

Experience managing high-value clients and leading cross-market teams

Skilled in stakeholder mapping, senior client engagement, and digital campaign strategy

8–10 years of digital media / marketing experience, with at least 3–4 years in a team leadership role

Familiarity with platforms like Meta, Google, Programmatic, MMPs, and analytics tools

App marketing experience is a bonus
