We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of HR to provide strategic guidance and support to the leadership team across all areas of Human Resources.
Job Description
As the senior HR leader, you will report directly to the CEO and oversee the full HR portfolio for the senior leadership team throughout the SEA region. This high-impact role will focus on transformation, change management, and internal communication, in addition to daily HR operations. A critical requirement for this role is prior experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), where you will support integration, cultural alignment, and organizational planning. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to coach, guide, and enable them to cascade key HR strategies and initiatives throughout their teams.
The Successful Candidate
You bring a strong background in supporting and driving growth within matrixed organizations, ideally in the industrial or a related sector. With over 10 years of leadership experience, you demonstrate deep expertise in HR strategy and best practices. You excel in developing impactful HR programs that align with business goals and drive organizational success. Your strong consulting skills allow you to influence and advise cross-functional leadership teams, fostering a high-performance, people-centric culture. Known for your ability to mentor, communicate, and negotiate effectively, you are skilled at building trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
