Job descriptionAssisting the Business Development of the Bank's credit portfolio with a view to increase profitability within the framework outlined by the Management.Understanding the market trends including analysing demographic data, industry reports, and economic forecasts.Identifying potential corporate customers for syndication or bilateral, assessing their needs and requirements and presenting a suitable proposal to the Management for approval or further action.Performing onboarding and ongoing monitoring of potential, new and existing customers ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.Implementing marketing plans to build up a business clientele which includes maintaining account relationship and servicing.Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing existing loan portfolio, and preparing regular reports to monitor progress and identify areas for loan growth.Ensuring adherence to all relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements.Working closely with internal teams, including credit, operations, and Head Office to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
