Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead holistic digital marketing strategies across web, mobile, and social platforms to enhance brand visibility, grow digital traffic, and convert online sales.
- Drive online revenue growth through new digital channels, optimizing direct booking capabilities and e-commerce offerings.
- Lead the innovation, development, and lifecycle management of digital products, identifying customer needs, building business cases, and executing market launches.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure alignment between commercial goals and digital activations.
- Oversee continuous improvements to the website and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user journey, high conversion rates, and CRM integration.
- Monitor customer behavior, analyze market data, and identify strategic opportunities for new services, bundles, or digital touchpoints.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional digital and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight.
- Report key metrics, campaign outcomes, and product performance insights to senior stakeholders, with actionable recommendations for optimization.
Qualification
A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline; postgraduate education a plus.8–10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, online sales, and product development, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or event-related industries.Proven track record in taking traditional services online and generating measurable business outcomes.Proficiency in online / e- commerce customer acquisition tools including Google Analytics, paid search, social campaigns, and UX / UI best practices.Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative approach to cross-team execution.Innovative mindset with strong business acumen and a passion for emerging tech trends in the digital space.Suitable candidates, please email your resume to edward@theedgepartnership.com .
