Leads full-cycle business development, from opportunity identification and market analysis to client acquisition, contract negotiation, and deal closure
Design and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with growth objectives, overseeing product launches and ensuring commercial readiness in coordination with cross-functional teams
Develop pricing strategies, profitability models, and ROI analysis to support scalable revenue generation
Builds strategic partnerships with key clients, distributors, suppliers, and industry players to accelerate market penetration and credibility
Accountable for achieving revenue and margin targets for new business lines, while managing market development budgets and reporting on KPIs to Senior Management
Financial / Budget Management :
Oversee budgeting, revenue projections, and ROI analysis for new business initiatives
Manage client acquisition costs, travel, and business development expenditures
Requirements :
Degree in Engineering or equivalent
5 years minimum in business development (specifically in new market entry or product launches)
2–3 years in strategic roles (e.g., managing CAPEX, P&L, or cross-functional teams)
Proven track record of scaling ventures
Creates new business lines (products, equipment, markets)
To manage on boarding of new account and commercialisation of account
