Overview :
We’re looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to lead our presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms for our education brands. You’ll be responsible not just for creating thumb-stopping content, but also for delivering results — growing our reach, engagement, and relevance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Plan and produce engaging short-form content (videos, reels, carousels, stories)
Track and optimise key metrics : reach, engagement rate, follower growth, video views, and shares
Maintain a content calendar aligned with ongoing events, launches, and campaigns — and turn them into compelling social stories
Monitor platform trends, algorithm updates, and content best practices
Engage with followers, monitor DMs / comments, and build an active online community
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (academic, events, brand teams) for alignment and sourcing content
Requirements :
1–2 years of experience managing brand social media accounts (agency or in-house)
Strong understanding of Gen Z content trends, especially on TikTok
Strong creative instincts — visual eye, short-form storytelling, and relatable copywriting
Comfortable filming and editing videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, etc.
A self-starter who’s always “in the know” and proactive in uncovering story opportunities
Bonus : Portfolio of past campaigns or personal projects
