What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Learn how to engage with business customers face-to-face in a respectful and professional manner — no pressure to sell aggressively
  • Take time to understand each customer’s needs and share helpful information about our products / services
  • Practice clear, simple communication and improve your confidence through guided, real-life experience
  • Work closely with a supportive team who will mentor and help you build your skills over time
  • Set and work towards achievable personal and team goals
  • Participate in training sessions, roleplays, and workshops designed to build your communication and problem-solving abilities at your own pace

  • Individuals who are open-minded, dependable, and ready to step out of their comfort zone
  • You don’t need to be the most outgoing or talkative person — just someone who’s willing to learn, grow, and try new things
  • Comfortable working in a team and gradually building up your communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and open to constructive feedback
  • No experience? That’s completely fine — we provide full hands-on training and mentorship
  • Background in customer service, retail, or similar environments is a bonus, but not required
