Job Description
Our Client is a leading interior fit-out and furniture solutions provider, specializing in high-quality, custom-built interiors for commercial, hospitality, and residential spaces. They are looking for a strategic, experienced, and hands-on Senior Accounting Manager to lead our finance function and partner with leadership to drive business performance. You will be overseeing the entire finance and accounting function and play a key leadership role in shaping the company's financial strategy. This includes managing statutory and tax compliance, cash flow, payroll, reporting, and analysis, as well as mentoring the finance team and collaborating cross-functionally to align with business objectives.

Responsibilities】
- Lead the full spectrum of finance operations : accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of accounts.
- Prepare and analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Manage financial audits and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Oversee and manage daily cash flow and funding requirements, including experience in Trade Finance (e.g., Bank Guarantees etc.).
- Liaise with financial institutions to arrange and draw down bank facilities or borrow funds as needed to support business operations.
- Optimize working capital and manage treasury operations to ensure financial stability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings in accordance with IRAS requirements.
- Monitor corporate tax submissions and handle queries from regulatory authorities.
- Monitor billing, collections, and payment cycles. Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of accounts.
- Maintain strong internal controls and credit management practices.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, including CPF, SDL, and all related statutory contributions.
- Generate accurate pay slips and ensure timely distribution to employees via the system.
- Handle annual IR8A submissions via AIS.
- Lead and mentor a small finance / accounts team (approx. 1-2 team members).
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training support to junior staff.
- Work with Operations, HR, and Sales to support business growth and streamline financial processes.
- Contribute financial insights to strategic initiatives and commercial projects.
Working hours】
Monday to Friday : 9.00am – 6.00pm
Saturday : 9.00am – 12.00pm (alternate Saturdays only, with flexibility and option to work from home)

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or possesses equivalent professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA8 years of finance operations and accounting in the construction / Interior Fit-Out, Project-based industry, or similar3 years of managerial experience in an accounting and finance roleProven track record in managing statutory and tax compliance, audits, and financial reporting.Hands-on experience with trade finance instruments such as bank guarantees, letters of credit, etc.Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin stakeholdersExperience with ERP systems and strong Excel proficiencyWilling to work on alternate Saturdays, with the flexibility of working from home while on dutyAdvantageous)
