Job description

1. Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, scanning, record keeping, processing invoices, etc 2. Monitor and update employees' attendance and leave record 3. Support basic accounts-related tasks such as invoicing, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking. 4. Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure accurate record-keeping. 5. Monitor the AR collection & closely follow up the overdue accounts 6. Overall in charge of the office with HR, daily claims, insurance and payroll duties. 7. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
