Job description

Location : Singapore Nearest MRT : Bugis Work Days : 6 days Working Hours : 10 hours / day (including break time) Required Attributes : - MUST SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH to converse with english speaking customer - Team player - Punctual for work - Good attitude - Hardworking Job Scope : - Coordinate with Front-of-House and Back-of-House daily to ensure smooth operations - Deliver exceptional service to customers - Greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverage to customers, process payments et - Take necessary steps to meet customer needs and effectively resolve food or service issues - Answer telephone calls and in-person inquiries - Promptly manage complains and provide effective solutions - For supervisor and managerial roles, train new and current Employees on proper product knowledge and customer service practices
