quantities,costs and time scales for matierial and labour. Preparing

tender and contract documents. Assigning work to subcontractors.

Responsible for the management and safety of construction projects.

Plan, organise and control. Must have confidence, leadership and

management skills. Good communication skills with clients and must

be able to solve problems.
