Job descriptionTo carry out taking off quantities. To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis. Ability to raise tender queries / design discrepancies timely for clarification. Ability to handle tender correspondences and addendum to update changes made to tender documents. To assist in compilation of tender submission including tender qualification; and To perform other QS duties as assigned.
Role :
Quantity Surveyor (Tender / 5 Days / Up to $3600)
- Singapore Based (City Hall)
- 5 Days work per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)
- Salary : $3000 to $3600
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying + 1-3 years' working experience related to main building tenders
- Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings + Ability to work with digital software (i.e. Cost X / Glodon) would be ideal
