Job descriptionReview forecasts and process purchase orders to suppliers Work closely with Sales team to ensure customer orders are arranged promptly. Negotiate terms and liaise with suppliers on import regulations and processes Raise and follow through product discounts and claims Arrange shipments with freight forwarders Process import permit declarations and coordinate shipment clearance Maintain and update food related certificates from suppliers Compute product costings when required Any other duties assigned
