Roles & Responsibilities
Overview
We are looking for meticulous and committed individuals to join the Finance department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for both general accounting and administrative work.
Responsibilities
- Support Finance Managers on Operational Finance, company tax and audit matters
- Preparation of monthly reporting accounts
- Assist in GL, AR & AP functions
- Support and facilitate other departments on queries and clarifications in payment and collection matters
- Prepare bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules and other reconciliation reports
- Prepare banking transactions
- GST Preparation & Filing
- Provide administrative support for Finance and HR
- Adhoc duties if required
Requirements
Diploma in Accounting / Business or higher qualificationsAt least 5 years’ relevant work experienceProficiency with Microsoft office and experience in SAGE or similar accounting software are advantageousMeticulous and detail-orientedMulti-task and work independently following tight deadlinesAble to start work at short notice, or immediatelyWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
