Assistant Project Manager

Job Description & Requirements

• Oversee all project activities;
• Lead team from proposal to hand-over stage;
• Ensuring the project is within budget and delivery on schedule;
• Carry out all shop drawings and submission with Drafting Department to Client / Landlord
• Follows up on all aspects of QA / QC matters;
• Records all defects works and ensure proper documentation
• Collate, prepare, and record VO works, if any.
