What You’ll Be Doing
Learn & Lead – Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers.
Source Top Talent – Hunt for candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and networking events.
Screen & Assess – Identify the best candidates and conduct qualification interviews.
Negotiate & Close – Support candidates through salary discussions and job offers.
Ensure Smooth Onboarding – Help new hires transition seamlessly into their roles.
Track & Report – Stay organized and keep hiring managers updated on recruitment activity.
What You Bring
Education : ITE or Diploma
Experience : 1+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition (IT experience is a plus!)
Skills :
Bonus : Experience with 180° or 360° recruitment models is a plus!
