As a Global Rewards Intern, you will support the roll-out of key rewards projects by processing and maintaining large volumes of data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project timelines. You will collaborate with various teams to help implement compensation and benefits initiatives that support the company’s global people strategy and enhance the employee experience.
What you will do
- Support the development and maintenance of rewards-related dashboards and tools on Power BI
- Assist in collecting and interpreting compensation data for global benchmarking
- Ensure country HRs maintain the highest standards of data accuracy in HR systems in preparation for the annual compensation review
- Prepare clear and visually compelling presentations in PowerPoint
- Provide general administrative and analytical support to the Global Rewards team.
What you bring
Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a strong advantageStrong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detailInterest in compensation, benefits, and global HR practicesGood communication and organizational skillsAvailability to commit for at least six months.
