Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description & Requirements :
- Coordinate with consultant CM, PE, RTO in daily activities, monthly claim, site progress updating, site inspection, testing, and discussion, etc
- Responsible for planning and monitoring of work progress
- Prepare master program and construction sequence for client review, prepare method statement and drawings discrepancies, review project specification and technical clarification
- Handling technical, feedback, suggestions, and engineering problems on site
- Target and ensure the timely and smooth progress of works within the budget time frame
- Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
- Update and submit a monthly project report, cash flow and prepare for the extension of time request if required
- Attend management meetings and raise issues that required solutions on-site Oversees construction at site to meet the project progress and quality goals
- Prepare monthly works done calculation claim with Clients and ensure that project schedule is being met & cost control
- Oversee all site projects operations, functions, and requirements, Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
- Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required, and to ensure for all submission is submitted in time
- Attend meetings, conduct site inspections on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements
