Job Description
- Drive regional growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of enterprise clients across Southeast Asia
- Own the entire client journey, from onboarding and training to renewal and upselling, ensuring continuous value delivery
- Deliver tailored strategies aligned with each client's objectives, and adjust them based on performance data and evolving needs
- Lead virtual and in-person training sessions to support platform adoption and knowledge sharing within client teams
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and a unified client experience
- Handle escalations and objections with professionalism, securing long-term trust and satisfaction
- Lead renewal cycles and uncover upselling opportunities to maximize account value
- Share best practices internally and support junior team members when appropriate
- Stay on top of market trends, platform updates, and competitors to provide relevant insights to your clients
The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B Account Management in SaaS or subscription-based models
- Proven ability to manage enterprise clients, drive renewals and upsell opportunities
