To support continued growth, they are looking to hire a Strategic Account Manager responsible for managing key client relationships, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term value delivery across Southeast Asia.

    Job Description

    • Drive regional growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of enterprise clients across Southeast Asia
    • Own the entire client journey, from onboarding and training to renewal and upselling, ensuring continuous value delivery
    • Deliver tailored strategies aligned with each client's objectives, and adjust them based on performance data and evolving needs
    • Lead virtual and in-person training sessions to support platform adoption and knowledge sharing within client teams
    • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and a unified client experience
    • Handle escalations and objections with professionalism, securing long-term trust and satisfaction
    • Lead renewal cycles and uncover upselling opportunities to maximize account value
    • Share best practices internally and support junior team members when appropriate
    • Stay on top of market trends, platform updates, and competitors to provide relevant insights to your clients
    • The Successful Applicant

    • 3-5 years of experience in B2B Account Management in SaaS or subscription-based models
    • Proven ability to manage enterprise clients, drive renewals and upsell opportunities
