Are you a strategic leader with deep expertise in sales and market expansion? A well-established organization is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead its Singapore operations. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving overall business performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring strong alignment with global headquarters.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the development and execution of overall business strategies.
Drive growth across online sales channels, including company-owned platforms and major e-commerce outlets.
Oversee retail and distribution sales strategies across B2C and B2B markets.
Define and implement action plans to achieve business targets.
Monitor and report on sales performance and key performance results (KPR).
Analyze profit and loss statements and manage cost controls effectively.
Serve as a strategic liaison between the Singapore office and corporate headquarters.
Ensure alignment with HQ policies, business direction, and operational guidelines.
Provide timely business updates and facilitate clear communication with HQ stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales and sales management (required).

Proven track record in business development and market entry initiatives.

Direct experience in managing sales operations within the Singapore market (required).

Bachelor's degree or higher (any field).

Able to communicate / deal with Korean HQ
