Site Lead
Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management
The Site Lead serves as the primary point of contact and overall in-charge of facilities management operations at the site. This role involves managing the facilities team and supply chain partners while developing and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders. The position requires exceptional leadership skills to drive continuous improvement, ensure contract compliance, and deliver exceptional workplace experiences. Additionally, this role is responsible for preparing to lead the standardization and implementation of the program across other regions for a smooth global rollout.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for all facility-related matters with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand and meet expectations
- Drive continuous improvements and innovation to support account vision and objectives
- Manage the FM team and supply chain partners in alignment with contractual requirements
- Provide leadership and effective management for the onsite team
- Escalate urgent issues to the Client as appropriate
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) on operations
Primary Responsibilities
Operations Management
Review daily operational reports and address concernsPerform quality control checks on cleaning and maintenance servicesRespond to ad-hoc requests from employees and managementMonitor and manage emergencies or urgent facility mattersContinuously assess workplace for efficiency, safety, and experience improvementsMaintain and update asset registers and maintenance schedulesReview and manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolutionPrepare for any audits and inspectionsData Analysis and Reporting
Collect, analyze, and interpret workplace data to drive decision-makingCreate and present KPI reports and SLA performance metricsManage and analyze data within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Prepare comprehensive monthly operational reports for stakeholdersCompliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsImplement and enforce corporate policies and proceduresMonitor contract compliance and implement risk mitigation strategiesMaintain proper records and prepare for audit processesBudget Management :Budget Management :
