Act as a domain expert in RAN design and optimization, focusing on 5G architecture, parameter planning, and network tuning.
Collaborate closely with Antina site rollout, integration, and field validation of mobile base stations.
Familiar with both indoor and outdoor 4G / 5G base stations deployment and integration of both indoor and outdoor.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and infrastructure partners to manage rollout activities, site integration, and performance validation.
Conduct end-to-end feature testing, lab trials, and user acceptance testing for firmware, software upgrades, and new network capabilities.
Familiar with the UE test tools and perform drive test to validate the network performance, including signaling analysis and troubleshooting.
Support multi-band and multi-technology trials and deployments, including new frequency (NR700) and spectrum re-farming for both NSA and SA networks.
Engage in Open RAN and AI-RAN initiatives, including RIC integration, SON, and automation for zero-touch operations.
Leverage 3GPP standards and best practices to support scalable and future-ready network architectures.
Apply cost-optimized strategies to improve CAPEX / OPEX efficiency in network rollouts and enhancements.
Contribute to enterprise 5G and private network deployments, supporting industry-specific use cases and business demands.
Collaborate with analytics and strategy teams to explore data monetization opportunities using RAN / Core network insights and digital twin technologies.
Requirements
Tertiary Education in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in mobile network design, planning, and optimization.
Strong understanding of 4G / 5G RAN technologies, network layers, and deployment workflows.
Experience with multi-vendor environments and integration of third-party network solutions.
Proficient in network troubleshooting, parameter tuning, and performance analytics.
Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, containerization (e.g., Kubernetes), and network slicing is preferred.
Hands-on experience with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Java, C#, SQL) for automation and reporting.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills to lead cross-functional collaboration and vendor coordination.
