Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Yield Characterization Engineer

5 days

9am - 6pm

Budget up to $ 7200

Working location will be discussed during interview

either one from these : Beside Expo MRT / Beside Bedok North MRT)

Requirement :

  • Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Test development experience on Verigy 93K, involving ATE test flows development and debug
  • ATE handling on tester and handler experience
  • Experience skillsets on Scan, MBIST, Functional, Analog-mixed signals and High Speed I / O test Scan, Ethernet, FUSE, IOSPEC, JTAG, MBIST, DDR, PCIE, PLL, RESET, RINGOSC, SIDD, STRESS, Thermal, xGMI, Functional
  • Experience with ATE / Si debug
  • Experience in performing Si charz and data analysis
  • Experience with qualifying OSAT for manufacturing testing
  • Experience on manufacturing, and post-manufaction product life cycle support
  • Unix and Windows proficiency and Java, Perl, Python scripting skills

Product Engineering

  • Familiarity with Semiconductor (CMOS) Testing
  • Familiarity with Personal Computer Systems (basic Motherboard configuration, Windows OS, baste BIOS settings)
  • Familiarity with ATE (Advantest 93k) operation, debug and data collection features
  • Data Analysis know-how, baste ability with statistical tools (e.g. SQL, JMP, etc.)
  • Familiarity with DFT concepts (ATPG, BIST, etc)
  • Have experience on yield engineering and driving yield margin
  • Work with system teams to align on Vid allocation methodology and ensure product bounding box is met
