Our client seeking a meticulous and experienced Corporate Secretarial Executive to join their team. This key position plays an important role in supporting company governance, statutory compliance, financial processes, and general administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities :
- Corporate Secretarial Duties :
- Coordinate and manage Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing documents
- Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA regulations, and all relevant statutory requirements
- Maintain and update statutory records, including director and shareholder registers
- Provide guidance to management on corporate governance and legal responsibilities
- Safeguard important legal documents, such as the company constitution, share certificates, and agreements
- Communicate with shareholders, regulatory authorities, and external parties when necessary
- Accounting & Administrative Duties :
- Prepare and submit annual accounts, financial statements, and ACRA filings via BizFile+
- Assist with bookkeeping, financial reports, and support external audits
- Handle GST filings, tax computations, and monthly reconciliations using QuickBooks
- Support corporate actions such as share transfers and director changes
- Provide day-to-day administrative support as assigned by management
Requirements :
Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related disciplineMinimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate secretarial, accounting, or compliance rolesSolid understanding of Singapores corporate laws and ACRA requirementsProficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applicationsPrior experience using the BizFile+ platform is requiredExcellent organizational and time management skillsAble to manage confidential information responsiblyLegal Requirements (in line with ACRA regulations) :Must be eligible to act as a Registered Qualified Individual (RQI)Must be a Singapore residentMust be either a qualified professional (lawyer, public accountant, or a CSIS / ISCA / ACCA member), or have at least 3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experienceMust fulfill ACRAs "fit and proper" criteriaWilling to complete Anti-Money Laundering / Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML / CFT) trainingExperience handling client onboarding and compliance as a Registered Filing Agent is an advantageInterested candidates are invited to send in your Resume in MS Word Format, stating your past work experience, reasons for each leave, and expected remuneration.
