Job Description Engage directly with business users to gather requirements and provide expert advice on SAP SuccessFactors best practices. Perform hands-on configuration across multiple SuccessFactors modules. Collaborate with external vendors and ensure project milestones and SLAs are met. Support system testing, issue resolution, and provide post-implementation support. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and smooth process flows. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. At least 7 years of SuccessFactors experience with proven experience in working directly with the users. Proven hands-on configuration experience in a few of the following core modules : Employee Central Time Management Benefits Learning Management System (LMS) Performance & Goals (PMGM) Recruiting Management (RCM) Payroll Integration with concur experience will be an added advantage. Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
