Our client is embarking on a significant transformation and growth path. Presently seeking a professional Finance Leader to join them and partner the business in propelling next decade of growth. This is a great opportunity for an extremely senior and seasoned finance professional to help bring the company to the next level.

Role

Directly partnering the CEO and reporting to the Board, you will manage the entirety of the Finance organization in this global role. Leading a sizeable team scattered across the countries, you are expected to add significant value to the organization, help design their ambitious plans for growth via a Finance lens (both organically and inorganically) and galvanize the respective leadership teams into action. Whilst the role is propulsion centric, you must continually have a keen eye on risks and controls, including the establishment of effective and efficient processes. Since there is appetite for M&A, along with fund-raising efforts (both debt and equity), you will lead partner negotiations and lead the end-to-end due diligence process.

Requirements

You are a seasoned finance professional with deep cross-border and cross-cultural work experiences gained in complex, large scale global companies. Prior stints working in PE backed portfolio companies, direct experience in fund raising AND experience leading an exit (via sale or IPO) pre-requisites for the role. You have successfully driven a transformation and have a demonstrated track record of leading diverse and effective teams.
